Quivering hands reached out for my subdued ones

She held my hands, told me I had pretty fingers

Then scrunched up her brows and

Examined my face –

From my anticipating eyes to flushed cheeks

And slim nose to chapped lips

And smiled so hard,

Her already wrinkled skin fell into

Multiple other folds.

‘You’d coaleasce hearts and build homes’,

She said in a shaky voice that screamed honesty

And in that very moment,

A woman in a pink night gown

And knotted salt and pepper hair with

Trembling fingers and milky eyes

Showed me rationale.

I don’t know what to tittle this! Help
